Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, Monday-Friday. Please note during our busy season, October-December orders may take additional time to process. 

Once items are prepared for shipment, standard shipping in the continental US takes 1-5 business days in transit.

Any purchase that includes a pre-order item included will ship complete unless additional shipping is paid to split the order and ship separately. 

In-store and curbside pick up is also available. Select the in-store pick up option at checkout and you'll receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. 

Order and Shipping Confirmation 

Upon ordering you will receive 3 email confirmations:

  1. When your order has been successfully placed
  2. When your order has been dropped off for shipment
  3. A final email when your order has been delivered 


Shipping confirmation will include your order number, tracking number and ship date. When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders that are returned to us because of address error will not be shipped back until the customer corrects their address and pays for additional shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

All shipping options will populate at checkout. Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight.   

"Stolen" Packages

We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. We can require a signature for receipt of package, if you would like this option please ensure that you email Hello @ 180PureHome at the time of your order.
